I just heard Perkins is done. That's a huge loss for Boston; I'm still going 4 the Celtics but this is gonna be tough.
Everyone is going 2 have show up for them tonite.

Overall, Really good series; good for the NBA/Sport of Basket-Ball.

^^ The C's got it but this trade ain't about this year, or the next. This ain't like when Boston traded for the 30 somethings back then; this process is just beginning...

idk about that, Nba has about 3 players who could play during that era, Kobe, Wade, and Duncan maybe K.G and Pierce in their prime.Bron would also be a good player but with the way he plays he wouldnt last to long. The nba is too soft now, back then big men banged not stand beyond the 3 point line..European players F'd up the game.

Youre kidding, right?? You said only 3 players in the nba could play in the 80s and its the euro's faults? Get outta here with that...you shouldve ended youre post afteer saying the players are too soft nowadays

What  Thats my opinion. How am I wrong for saying that? Every since Dirk came in the league most teams has been looking for players who are 7 foot and can shoot the 3 and play PF. Look at the draft since 99 up until today . All the international players who've been drafted. Yea I'm over exaggerating about 3 players who can play in the NBA in the 80's maybe there is 5

Kobe
Lebron
Wade
Rose
Duncan imo could all play and dominate.I dont know about the rest of these dudes.

haha nah dont get me wrong im an old school cat and the players were better back then I just disagree that the european players F'd the nba up. if anything its been theses street dudes, who are mostly black, who cant pass/shoot to save their lives that fucked up the game. 80s had wayyy better comp. thats not to say theres no more than 5 players who could play in that era but the fundamentals were practiced a lot more back then. why do you think no team avereaged under 100 ppg? it wasnt lack of defense i can tell you that much

Oh so the black boys f'd up the lg   Half of those player become bust and are out of the lg in 3 yrs.All the superstars are cry baby's in the lg. I dont think they could last with Rodman, laimbeer, parish etc.. In my opinion the post play is a lost art.Besides duncan who's game is all fundamentals, who else has moves like Ewing,Hakim, Abdul-Jabar? The players would get abused. These European cats aint shit either. The only reason the NBA started letting them in is because they saw the $$$. When you say cant pass or shoot who are you referring too?
