good question... the message is positive but i dunno how could it work in practice.
sometimes similar(!) paramilitary groups can bring a lot of troubles too.

example: here are more right side extremist groups, they act and dressed like an army without guns and they go out in the poor villages to terrorizes the gipsy population, etc. (they are rasict, anti-semitic nationalists so its total another story.) but they also say, they just want help to save the peoples and their values.
